Our God is the Father to orphans and a Protector of widows (Ps. 68:5). We are to defend the orphans and help them live a normal life, free from drugs, homelessness, and the clutches of those who would take advantage or exploit them. Russian orphans leave the orphanage ill prepared for life. They have no job skills. They are afraid to make decisions or make decisions based on a poverty mentality or entitlement. Without guidance, they are likely to end up in prison or commit suicide. The fate of widows is not much better. Can you survive on a pension of $280 per month?

The Orphan & Widow Projects were started near Moscow, Russia, to equip orphans and widows with work and life skills and to help them build healthy lifestyles based on biblical values. In alignment with Agape Unlimited’s mission “to help those no one cares about” and seeing the great need, Agape Unlimited expanded the Orphan and Widow Projects and started a “Live & Learn” program in 2018. The program is held for aged-out orphans at the New Life House on the Agape Farm. The program focuses on life and relationship skills. In addition, we set up an Agape Kiosk on the farm, a store where orphans and widows can display their hand-crafted items, baked goods, souvenirs, prayer aprons, and other items. Some of the orphans and other Russians who support our projects help to make the hand-crafted jewelry. Agape Galleria works closely with Agape Unlimited to provide further support through this website featuring hand-crafted gifts and other items.
